One of these two registered for their very first bike race, couldn't wait to get his helmet on and race whoever would take them on.
One of these two then decided that, when they almost reached the start line, the number was annoying and ripped it off and threw it on the ground. One of these two then decided to rip off his helmet, cry that he needed his blankie and refused to attempt to 'race' the course.
Can you guess who?
Maybe he should stick to walking to race

Just want to say I just found your blog thru inspire(d) - fun article - looking forward to stalking you!
That's too cute!
Awww your poor husband. You should give him more credit...at least he made it to the starting line with his helmet on.
We are talking about your husband right? ;)
Cute! I have too boys 25 and 23.Watching them grow up is awesome!
cute.
something my husband might do.
the whole ripping the number off and asking for his blankie :)
I kid.
Love it!! Hope the blankie helped! :)
Haha! So cute. My husband and I are both runners, and our two year old recently started "participating" in local kids' races. Usually, he's all excited to pin the number on...then runs around the field so much he's ready to drop before they say "Go." Sometimes he runs with the kids, sometimes picks clover on the sidelines. Always collects his juice box at the end.
