New to me, these are the crème brulée of roasted marshmallow; caramelized and crunchy yumminess.
Sacrilegious? Perhaps. Delicious? Yes.
PS - I cannot truthfully say that no Peeps were harmed in the making of this blog post. Sorry my Peep-lovin' peeps.

I'm thinking that might be about the only thing one could do to make a Peeps taste anything close to good. Blecht!
But I am trying to convince the man of the 'stead that we should squeeze in a spring camping trip ASAP. Maybe I should go stock up on the perpetually stale anyway "treats." :+)

I didn't think about roasting them smores style! I just pop them in the microwave to destroy them.

My son saw this post and was beside himself over the idea of roasting his favorite food on earth. Seriously, I thought he was going to pass out he was so excited!
Now I never would have thought to do that. But it sounds like an improvement on an already amazingly delicious item. Will have to tuck that idea away.
