typical toddler

Breakfast:

Maple and brown sugar oatmeal, pickle, red pepper, orange pepper and a little orange juice: the breakfast of champions, a least champions of indecision. (This time I didn't rip the paper towel in half.)

  2. Glad I don't have the only one who wants to eat pickles three meals a day. My nearly four year old could eat a jar in one day, I swear!

  4. So funny!

The only thing I could get my son to remotely touch would be the orange juice. We have a terribly picky eater (he gets it from his Daddy).

  12. *giggle, giggle* I'm impressed that he would eat the peppers! I love how kids are the same all over the world, today for lunch Emma had a pickle sandwich, she insisted on having pickle relish in between two slices of bread. :? And unfortunatley I did tear the napkin. Niagra falls at my house!
Thanks for coming to visit me today! I always love to see your smiling face in my comments!

  13. Seriously?

My daughter just eats a few bites of oatmeal and that's all she wants. I tried to cut her up an apple with that and she had a fit. Eek.

  17. He didn't actually eat all of that though, right? Just had to have it there in front of him?

My daughter (5) had two pieces of bread with butter and garlic salt for breakfast. She grosses me out with this breakfast several times a week.

  19. The breakfast of toddlers and pregnant people, haha!

Right now Mad is a boop addict (uh... boop = grapes, in case you weren't aware). Today we saw a little boy in the store carrying a little bag of them to snack as Mom shopped. Each of the three adults in my group gasped and backed away silently before Mad could catch on. Wondering what the other mom and her friend thought...

  20. The pickle makes the meal.

  21. The pickle seems normal enough... but did he really eat those peppers raw? Yuck!
